If you chose either our Written Review or Written Review and Appointment Packages, we’ll assign a pre-vetted lawyer to your case. Depending on your plan, your lawyer will either provide comments to enhance your Small Claims suit, or email you to set up a phone consultation.

If you chose the Written Review + Appointment Package, your lawyer or paralegal will call you within 48 business hours to go over the application.
You will have the opportunity to ask them legal questions related to your claim for an additional $170 or you can also get a pre-trial ”coaching” session to prepare for your hearing for an additional $250.

Divorce Application
After you send your required documents, your lawyer will email you the completed application to file for divorce within the next 7 business days.
Pay the Fees & Sign
Pay for your selected service plus applicable taxes and court fees. You can view the court fees for Ontario here.
Once your application is completed, you will receive an email with a link to sign it electronically. This signature is legally binding and can be done using your smartphone, tablet, or computer.
Delivery
Now you have completed your application!
Once signed, your legal claim will automatically be sent to the court identified by the plaintiff (i.e. by you).
