How it Works

Simply fill out our smart form. Your request will then be sent to the appropriate lawyer or paralegal, depending on your legal issue.
Pay the Fees
The fees are $49 plus taxes. A lawyer or paralegal will call you back within two business hours*.
*Office hours are Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM, except between 12PM and 1PM.
The Legal Professional Does the Research
The lawyer or paralegal does the research before they call you. This is why we are able to give you an answer quickly.
You Get Your Answer Over the Phone
The conversation typically does not last more than 15 minutes. The legal professional will give you the answer to the problem you submitted online.
If you have other questions or if the problem is too complicated, you will be offered to hire the lawyer at their hourly rate.
It is your responsibility to make yourself available, as you will receive a phone call within two hours. If you filled out the form outside of this service’s “normal office hours”, which are 9AM. to 3PM, you should expect to receive a call no later than the next business day.
Note that there are no calls between 12PM and 1PM.
